Recruited top physician leaders from throughout the region to help physicians just entering practice understand what skills are needed to not just survive, but thrive, in managed care. | |
| Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children (OAEYC) — Facilitated a strategic planning process and retreat which brought together disparate chapter representatives and constituents. Designed and conducted a comprehensive assessment of member preferences and needs throughout the state using a stratified, randomized survey. Results were used to plan new member services and determine staffing needs. Prepared a comprehensive resource development plan and assisted with hiring organization's first executive director. | |
